When scheduling operations and systems consultations, our booking application accesses the Google Calendar API (specifically https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events).

• Purpose: Google Calendar access is used strictly to create calendar events on Colton McClintock’s calendar, automatically generate dedicated Google Meet video conference rooms, and invite designated meeting attendees.
• No Secondary Use: Data accessed from Google APIs is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence models, is never shared with data brokers, and is never used for targeting or advertising.
• Limited Scope: Our application only requests access to calendar event management necessary to coordinate agreed-upon consultations.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver our services:

• Resend: Used to deliver transactional email confirmations and calendar .ics invite files.
• Stripe: PCI-compliant payment gateway used to process credit card transactions and monthly hosting subscriptions.
• Google Workspace & Meet: Used for business communication, calendar synchronization, and video conferences.
• Vercel: Cloud infrastructure provider hosting our web applications.
